How to Enroll

Requirements
Prepare the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate, if applicable
- Valid ID or Barangay Certificate
- Educational records such as Form 137, Form 138, or TOR
- For ALS graduates: copy of grades or rating
- 3 passport-size photos with white background, collar, and name tag
- 3 pieces of 1x1 photos

Training Schedule
The Bread and Pastry Production NC II training will use a blended or hybrid learning setup, combining online and face-to-face sessions.
