Good news! Ang Skills Training and Assessment Center Unit (STAC Office) of Quirino State University- Maddela Campus ay tumatanggap ngayon ng mga scholars para sa short vocational course na TESDA Driving NC II.

Ito ay under ng Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) ng TESDA na may libreng training, assessment at allowance.

The scholarship is open to the unemployed, out-of-school youth, and those aged 18 and above who are not currently enrolled in any other training programs.

What is Bread and Pastry Production NC II?

The Bread and Pastry Production NC II is a technical-vocational course that teaches the fundamental skills in preparing and baking different types of bread, cakes, and pastries. Participants will learn proper ingredient preparation, baking techniques, kitchen safety, and the correct use of baking tools and equipment.

After completing the training and passing the assessment, trainees may receive a TESDA National Certificate (NC II) which can open opportunities for employment in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and other food establishments. It can also help individuals start their own small baking business.

Bread and Pastry Production NC II

Ang short course na ito ay nakatuon sa paggawa ng iba’t ibang uri ng tinapay, cakes, at pastries. Matututunan dito ang tamang pag-measure ng ingredients, mixing, kneading, baking, at basic cake decorating. Kasama rin ang food safety at proper use of baking tools and equipment. Pagkatapos ng assessment, maaari kang makakuha ng National Certificate (NC II) na magagamit sa bakery, hotel, café, o sa pagsisimula ng sariling baking business.

Cookery NC II

Ang Cookery NC II naman ay nakatuon sa paghahanda at pagluluto ng iba’t ibang putahe. Dito matututunan ang basic cooking methods, food preparation, plating, kitchen safety, at proper food handling. Maaari kang magtrabaho bilang kitchen staff, commis, o cook sa restaurant, hotel, catering services, o magtayo ng sariling food business.
