TESDA Driving NC II Free Training, Assessment and Allowance

The TESDA Provincial Training Center – Nueva Ecija (Palayan City) is now accepting applicants for the Driving NC II Scholarship Program for Calendar Year 2026. 

This scholarship provides FREE Training, FREE Assessment, and Training Allowance to qualified applicants. The program aims to equip trainees with competency-based driving skills leading to the issuance of a National Certificate (NC II) upon successful completion and assessment.

Slots Available: 25 slots only (limited slots — apply early!) 

Qualifications 

Applicants must be 18 years old and above

 

Required Documents:

• Birth Certificate 
• Medical Certificate or Certification from Barangay Health Worker (Fit for Training)
• Barangay Clearance 
• High School Diploma / Form 137 or College Diploma / TOR
• Two (2) Passport Size Photos (formal attire, white background) 
• Three (3) 1x1 Photos (formal attire, white background)

TESDA Scholarship 2026: Cookery, Automotive at Baking

 Good news! May bagong oportunidad para sa mga pamilya ng GSIS members!

Nakipag-partner ang TESDA sa Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) para magbigay ng libreng technical skills at scholarships para sa mga unemployed dependents ng GSIS members at pensioners sa Legazpi, Cebu, at Davao.

Ito ay para tulungan ang mas maraming Pilipino na makakuha ng kasanayan, magkaroon ng hanapbuhay, at makapagtayo ng mas matatag na kinabukasan.

TESDA Driving NC II Scholarship

Gusto mo bang mag-aral ng Driving NC II sa TESDA ng libre?

Good news! Ang TESDA Regional Training Center sa Zamboanga Peninsula ng Driving NC II under ng Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

Ang mga taong makakapagtapos sa free training na ito ay maaaring maging Professional Driver o Light Vehicle Driver.

Training details: 

• 118 Hours/15 Days 
• 24 Hours / 3 Days Entrepreneurship

Trainee's Entry Requirements:

1. Must be a Filipino citizen.
   
   
2. At least 15 years of age; and
3. At least High School Graduate or Grade 10 Completer

Documentary Requirements:

• 5 pieces passport size picture (white background and must wear any collared shirt with no nametag)
• 2 pieces 1 x 1 picture (white background and must wear any collared shirt)
• Medical Certificate with X-Ray and Drug Test results from City Health Office
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate 
• Photocopy of High School Diploma, College Diploma or Equivalent
• Original Barangay Clearance

The College of San Benildo-Rizal Foundation Inc. is currently offering a TESDA scholarship for the Cookery NC II program. There are 60 available slots for this course.​

​The TESDA Regional Training Center (RTC) in Tuguegarao is currently accepting enrollees for the Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II course. As of today, there are only 5 slots available, so early application is encouraged.
