What is Bread and Pastry Production NC II?
The Bread and Pastry Production NC II is a technical-vocational course that teaches the fundamental skills in preparing and baking different types of bread, cakes, and pastries. Participants will learn proper ingredient preparation, baking techniques, kitchen safety, and the correct use of baking tools and equipment.
After completing the training and passing the assessment, trainees may receive a TESDA National Certificate (NC II) which can open opportunities for employment in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and other food establishments. It can also help individuals start their own small baking business.
