- 1pc Photocopy of Vaccination Card/Certificate
- 3pcs Photocopy of one Valid ID (with 3 specimen signatures)
- 4pcs 1x1 picture (White background, Formal attire, Scratch Resistance)
- 4pcs Passport size picture w/name tag (White background, Formal attire, Scratch Resistance)
About the Cookery NC II Program
The Cookery NC II course spans 316 hours and covers essential competencies such as:
- Preparing and cooking hot and cold meals
- Making desserts
- Cleaning kitchen areas
This program is designed to equip students with the skills needed for employment in various food and beverage service facilities.
