Innotech Career and Development Center Inc. is still accepting applicants for its Driving NC II scholarship training in Daet, Camarines Norte. Qualified applicants can undergo skills training without paying the usual training and assessment costs.
Participants will also receive an allowance during the training, subject to the scholarship program’s applicable guidelines.
What You Can Get

Driving NC II can be useful for people who want to build proper driving skills and prepare for possible work that requires driving competency.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate
- 18 years old or above
- Not currently enrolled in K–12 or college
- Currently unemployed
Applicants are encouraged to confirm their eligibility directly with the training center before submitting their documents.
Documentary Requirements
Prepare the following documents:
- 2 photocopies of Form 137/138 for high school or senior high school graduates, or ALS Certificate
- 2 photocopies of Transcript of Records (TOR) for college undergraduate or graduate applicants
- 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate
- 2 photocopies of Marriage Contract for married female applicants
- 4 pieces 1x1 colored photos with white background, collar, and name tag
- 4 passport-size colored photos with white background, collar, and name tag
- 2 photocopies of Student Driver’s Permit or Driver’s License
- 1 long brown envelope
