Priority Beneficiaries
Priority will be given to:
- Unemployed residents of the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
- Applicants who are not currently enrolled in school
Applicants from outside the city may only be considered if scholarship slots remain available.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be 18 to 60 years old
- Be a resident of the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
- Be unemployed
- Not currently enrolled in school
Requirements
Prepare the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Passport-size Picture (formal attire)
- Transcript of Records (for College Graduates) or
- Form 137 (for High School Graduates)
