Successful scholars will receive FREE training, FREE competency assessment, and a daily training allowance.

Requirements
Applicants must prepare the following:
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Photocopy of Form 137 & Form 138 (for high school graduates)
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) (for college graduates/undergraduates)
- Four (4) passport-size ID photos (white background, with collar)
- One (1) 1x1 ID photo
- One (1) 2x2 ID photo
- Long brown envelope
