Who is eligible for the Scholarship:
- 18 years old and above.
- At least an Elementary graduate
- Underemployed / Unemployed
Requirements:
- Elementary or High school report card / Form 137/ Transcript of records/ Diploma
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Marriage certificate copy (if married)
- Passport size ID picture (3pcs)
