Narito ang mga documentary requirements para sa scholarship program na ito:
- Form 138/137 for High School & Senior High School Graduates or ALS. (2 copies)
- Transcript of Records for College Graduate. (2 copies)
- 4 pcs. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
- 2 pcs. Photocopy of Marriage Contract for female (if married)
- 4 pcs. 1x1 colored picture with collar, white background, and Name tag.
- 4 pcs Passport Size colored picture with collar, white background, and with a name tag.
- Student Permit /Driver's License
- 1 pc. long brown envelope
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS for DRIVING NCII:
- 18 years old and above.
- Not currently enrolled in any TESDA Scholarship Program such as TWSP, PESFA, STEP, or UAQTEA.
- Unemployed
Training duration: 15 Days (115 Hours)

Para sa mga gustong mag-enroll sa scholarship program na ito, i-submit
lang ang mga requirements sa Mirasol Development Training and Assessment
Center (MDTAC na matatagpuan sa 2nd Floor, Tanzo bldg. F. Pimentel Ave., Brgy.
3 Daet Camarines Norte (in front of LCCD near at Mega Gas).
