Ang scholarship program na ito ay under ng Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).

Available Courses:
Bread & Pastry Production NC II- 40 slots
- 141 hours (8 hours per training day)
Organic Agriculture Production NC II - 40 slots
- 232 hours (8 hours per training day)
Qualifications are as follows:
- -Must be at least 18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate or higher
- -Unemployed
- -Not enrolled in any school

Provincial Center for Skills Enhancement and Productivity (PCSEP). Ito ay
matatagpuan sa Lunduyan Pastoral Center, Basa St., Don Domingo Maddela,
Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
