Requirements
Prepare the following and place them inside a long brown envelope:
- Photocopy of your birth certificate
- Barangay clearance, NBI clearance, or police clearance—any one of these
- High school diploma, Form 137, or Transcript of Records—any one of these
- Photocopy of marriage contract for women, as listed by the institute; confirm whether this applies to you
- Medical certificate indicating that you are fit to train
- Six 1×1 ID pictures wearing a collared top, with a white background
- Four passport-size pictures wearing a collared top, with a white background
- The listed TESDA Online Program requirement: “Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”
Incomplete requirements will not be accepted, so check your documents before visiting.
