Training runs for 15 days, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements
Prepare photocopies of the following:
- PSA Certificate of Live Birth
- For high school graduates: High school diploma and Form 137-A/Form 138, as applicable
- For college graduates: College Transcript of Records
- Barangay clearance
- Medical certificate confirming that you are physically fit
