The Forks Training and Assessment Solutions Inc. is accepting applicants for its Hilot (Wellness Massage) NC II training under a TESDA scholarship program. Qualified scholars can attend the training for free, including the competency assessment, and may also receive a ₱160-per-day Training Support Fund.

Requirements You Need to Prepare

- 2 copies of Barangay Clearance
- National ID
- 2 copies of Diploma, TOR, Form 137, or ALS Certificate
- 2 copies of Birth Certificate if not married
- 2 copies of Marriage Certificate if married
- 3 passport-size photos with white background, collar, and printed name
- Long plastic envelope
