If you’re looking for a chance to learn practical skills without paying for training, a new opportunity is now available.
The Asian Business Cabletow Cooperative Academy (ABCCA), in partnership with TESDA and the Province of Palawan, is accepting applicants for free skills training under the PGP-ABCCA TESDA Program.
Slots are limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservation of slots. Interested applicants are encouraged to prepare their documents and submit their requirements as early as possible.
Available TESDA Training Programs
Applicants may choose from the following qualifications:
✅ Driving NC II- Training Duration: 15 days / 118 hours
- Available Slots: 33
- Training Duration: 55 days / 436 hours
- Available Slots: 8
- Training Duration: 45 days / 356 hours
- Available Slots: 16
These programs provide hands-on skills that may be useful for those planning to seek employment, improve their qualifications, or explore livelihood opportunities.
Training Location
📍 Plaridel, Aborlan, Palawan
Applicants should take note that the available slots are limited, so completing the requirements early may help avoid missing the enrollment period.
Tentative Orientation Schedule
📅 October 5, 2026 – Monday
Applicants are advised to submit their complete requirements on or before the scheduled orientation.
Since the orientation date is tentative, it is also a good idea to contact the training provider directly for confirmation or possible schedule updates.
Requirements
Prepare the following documents:
- PSA Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate – 4 photocopies
- Certificate of Indigency – Original
- Certificate of Residency – Original
- Cedula – 1 photocopy
- Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate – 2 photocopies
- Government-issued ID – 2 photocopies
- Photocopy of any of the following educational documents:
- Diploma
- Form 137A
- Transcript of Records
- ALS Certificate
- 6 pieces 1x1 pictures – with collar and white background
- 2 pieces 2x2 pictures – with collar and white background
- 6 passport-size pictures – approximately 80% face, with collar and white background
- Long brown envelope
Make sure your photocopies and original documents are complete before going to the training center.

There is no reservation of slots, so applicants will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Why Consider TESDA Skills Training?
Technical-vocational training can be a practical option for individuals who want to develop job-ready skills. Programs such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Services, and Driving may help trainees build competencies that can be used in employment, livelihood, or future skills certification.
With only 16 slots for Food and Beverage Services NC II, 8 slots for Housekeeping NC II, and 33 slots for Driving NC II, interested applicants should avoid waiting until the last minute.
