Available TESDA Training Programs

- Not enrolled in another school or training program

- 4 photocopies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- 4 photocopies of Marriage Certificate — for married female applicants
- 3 photocopies of Form 138, Diploma, or Transcript of Records
- Medical Certificate stating Fit to Train
- Certificate of Indigency
