How to Enroll in the TESDA Scholarship at Lorenz International Skills Training Academy
Interested in becoming a TESDA scholar? Follow these simple steps to apply:
1. Choose Your Course
Select the TESDA qualification you want to enroll in:
- Dressmaking NC II
- Massage Therapy NC II
- Plumbing NC I
2. Prepare the Required Documents
Make sure you have the following:
- 5 photocopies of your PSA Birth Certificate (A4 size)
- 5 photocopies of your PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
- 3 pieces 1×1 ID photo (white background, studio type)
- 4 passport-size photos (with collar, white background, studio type)
- 3 photocopies of your TOR, Form 137/138, or Diploma (A4 size)
- 1 white folder
- 1 long brown envelope
3. Submit Your Application
