Enrollment is officially open for Driving NC II and Bread and Pastry Production NC II, offering qualified applicants tuition-free training that can help prepare them for employment or entrepreneurship.
Training will be conducted at SOS Calbayog Vocational School, located at P-2, Brgy. Dagum, Calbayog City, Samar. Slots are limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

🚗 Driving NC II
Training Duration: 118 Hours
Training Schedule:
- Batch 1: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (25 slots)
- Batch 2: Saturday to Sunday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (25 slots)
🥐 Bread and Pastry Production NC II
Training Duration: 141 Hours
Training Schedule:
- Batch 1: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (17 slots)

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- ✅ At least 18 years old
- ✅ Resident of Calbayog City
- ✅ High School Graduate or higher educational attainment
- ✅ Physically capable of completing the training
- ✅ Able to attend the full training schedule
Requirements
Prepare the following documents before applying:
- Registration Form (available at the Congressional Office)
- Barangay Indigency (TESDA enrollment endorsement)
- One (1) Long Brown Envelope
- Photocopy of Diploma
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate
- Three (3) Passport-size ID Pictures (with collar, white background)
- Active Email Address (for biometrics)
- Student Permit or Driver's License (required only for Driving NC II applicants)
