Scholarship Benefits
Qualified scholars will receive:

Training Schedule
Online Training: 10 Days
Face-to-Face Training: 8 Days
Requirements
Submit photocopies on A4 bond paper of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Valid ID
- Form 137 or Form 138 (High School/SHS Graduate)
- Transcript of Records (College Graduate)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Barangay Indigency
- 4 Passport-size photos (white background with collar and name tag)
- 2 pieces 1x1 ID photos
- Long Brown Envelope
