Good news! Ang TESDA Concepcion Vocational School ay tumatanggap ngayon ng mga scholars para sa short vocational course na TESDA Cookery NC II.
Ang free training na ito ay limited slots lang at may avaialbe lang na 25 slots.
Ano ang mga kailangang requirements?
- 1 pc. Long brown envelope (without label)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate, PSA Copy
- Photocopy of Proof of Previous Education --- 1 of the following:(HS Card, F-137, Transcript of Records, Diploma or ALS Certificate of Rating)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Barangay Clearance
- Two (2) recent 1 x 1 ID photo (White background with Collar)
- One (1) recent passport-sized photo
- IF APPLICABLE:
- Marriage Contract, PSA Copy (for married female only)
- MSWD Certificate of Indigency
