Ang scholarship program na ito ay may libreng tuition fee, competency assessment fee at allowance.
Courses offered:
- Driving NC II (15 Days)
- Cookery NC II (40 Days)
- Bread and Pastry Production NC II (18 Days)
- Trainers Methodology Level 1 (33 Days)
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Unemployed/Displaced Worker
Requirements:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Form 137 or College OTR
- Barangay Clearance
- 2 pcs. Passport size picture (white background & with collar)
