- With good moral character
- Able to communicate both orally and in writing
- Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer
Requirements:
- PSA Certificate of Live Birth
- For Highschool graduates - HS Diploma/ Form 138
- For College undergraduates - TOR
- For College graduates - COllege diploma / TOR
- Barangay Clearance
- Medical Certificate (Certifying that you are physically fit)
- 4 pcs. Passport Size ID picture (White background with collar)
- 1 Long brown envelope
