- Filipino citizens who are at least (18 years old and above)
- Not employed and not in education.
Requirements:
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO (Single)- (6 copies in A4 size)
- Marriage Certificate (if a married woman)- (6 copies in A4 size)
- Photocopy of Student Permit/Driver's License- (5 copies)
- Medical Certificate- (stating physically fit to drive)
- 3pcs. passport size ID picture (TESDA Prescribed)
- Transcript of Records (TOR)/Honorable Dismissal (if college graduate/undergraduate)

The TESDA Driving NC II program covers various topics related to driving, including traffic rules and regulations, defensive driving techniques, vehicle maintenance, and road safety. Participants will undergo both classroom instruction and practical training to develop their driving skills.
Upon completion of the program, participants are required to undergo an assessment conducted by TESDA-accredited assessors.
