Eligibility Requirements for Scholarship Applicants
- Unemployed
- Underemployed
- At least 18 years of age at the end of the training
- At least a High school Graduate
Requirements for Submission
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
- Original Barangay Clearance
- Photocopy of School Record; any of the following; TOR/Diploma/SF9 or SF10
- 3 pcs passport size ID (1.8" x 1.4 ") and 2 pcs 1x1 size ID.
- Long white folder with Clip (Write your name)
25 days of Training; Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00PM
