Good news! Provincial Training Center-Northern Samar (Catarman) will be implementing scholarship programs for various qualifications:

  1. Driving NC II
  2. Bread and Pastry Production NC II
  3. Trainer's Methodology Level I
  4. H.E.O (Backhoe Loader) NC II
  5. Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing NC II

Documentary Requirements:

  • 1 piece photocopy of diploma/permanent record/TOR
  • 1 piece photocopy of NCAE Result
  • 2 pieces photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO) of Marriage Contract if married
  • 5 pieces 1x1 ID picture and 3 pieces passport size ID picture (White background, no nametag, MUST BE CORPORATE ATTIRE OR WITH COLLAR)
