- Practicing covid 19 preventive measures in the workplace certificate ( c/o TESDA ONLINE PROGRAM)
- 5 pcs 1x1 picture and 4 pcs passport size picture both with name, formal, white background and must be chemical ink print.
- TOR (college graduate or college level)
- Form 137 (high school graduate)
- Medical Certificate ( fit to study)
- Birth Certificate (single)
- Marriage Certificate ( if married)
Classes schedule will be Monday to Friday
Morning Class: 6 AM to 12 nn
Afternoon Class: 1pm to 7pm
