Requirements:
- NSO /PSA Certificate (Photocopy)
- TOR (for college graduate/undergraduate)
- FORM 138/137 (for Highschool/Senior high school graduates)
- Diploma / ALS Certificate (Photocopy)
- Photocopy of Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
- 2 pcs 1x1 ID Picture (white b/g)
- Long Brown Envelope
Must be:
- NOT Employed, NOT in Education and NOT in Training
- Filipino Citizen
- At least 18 years of age at the time he/she finishes the training program
- High School (old curriculum) / K12 graduate / ALS
- Willing to complete the duration of training
