Ano ang mga Qualifications at entry requirements?
- 5 pcs. 1x1 Picture
- 2 pcs. Passport size picture (with collar and white background)
- NCAE Result or Aptitude Test (to be taken at TESDA RTC Guiguinto office)
- PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- High School Diploma or ALS Certificate (Photocopy)
- For Married women, PSA Marriage certificate (photocopy)
- Certificate of Indigency
- Barangay Health Certificate/ Vaccination Card

Para sa mga gustong mag-apply sa cholarship program na ito, tumawag o bumisita lang sa opisina ng TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon Guiguinto office na matatagpuan sa Tabang, Guiguinto, Bulacan at magtungosa RTCCL Registration Window 1.
