Sino ang pwedeng mag-apply sa scholarship na ito?

• Filipino citizens who are at least fifteen (15) years of age who are NOT employed, NOT in education, and NOT in training (NEET)
• Displaced workers and long-term unemployed
• Employed workers who intend to develop and expand their current skills and training, except existing workers in enterprise-based companies or industries currently trained by their employers. (current job must be related to the scholar's qualification)
• Returning OFWs
• Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) beneficiaries
