- Produce Organic Vegetable (Leading to Organic Agriculture Production NC II)
Entry Requirements:
- Filipino citizens at least 18 years old
- Medical Certificate
- 2 pcs. of 1x1 ID Picture
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate, if married
- Previous School Record (HS or College Diploma) or (TOR/Form 138/ALS)
- Photocopy of Government-issued ID with 3 specimen Signatures
