Isa sa mga scholarship program ng TESDA ang TWSP o Training for Work Scholarship Program. Ito ay may libreng training cost, free assessment fee at mga allowances.
Ang Regional Training Center-Tuguegarao ay tumatanggap na ng mga iskolars sa kanilang libreng pagsasanay sa Housekeeping NC II, RAC Servicing (DomRAC) NC II at Carpentry NC II na under ng TWSP.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- At least high school graduate/10-year basic education completer/ALS Passer
- High School Car/College TOR/ Diploma (photocopy)
- Barangay Clearance
- Medical Certificate
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- ID Picture - 3 pcs 1x1
- 1 long brown envelop
