Ano ang mga requirements sa scholarship program na ito?
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of School Credential (Form 138/138/OTR/Diploma)
- Medical Certificate (for welding only)
- 3 pcs Passport size & 5 pcs 1x1 ID Picture (white background, with collar, without nametag) Studio Copy - computer-generated pictures are not accepted
- Student Permit (for driving only, if applicable)
- 1 long brown envelope
- Training Fee (for regular trainees only)
- Photocopy of Covid-19 Vaccine Card
