Ang scholarship program na ito ay under ng Training for Work Scholarship Program of TESDA.
Requirements:
- Two (2) photocopies of the following documents:
- Form 137/TOR/Diploma
- Birth Certificate
- Barangay Clearance
- 4 pcs 1x1, 4 pcs. 2x2 and 5 pcs. Passport size ID Pictures (White background, with collar attire)
- Must be fastened in a long Violet folder. Please present original documents upon enrollment for verification.
