Ang mga TESDA Training Center sa Misamis Oriental ay nagbibigay ngayon ng mga scholarship para sa mga gustong mag-aral. Ang scholarship program na ito ay under ng Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
Ang TWSP ay sagot sa isyu ng "job skills missmatch." Layunin nito na matiyak na ang "labor force requirement" ng industriya ay mapupunan.
