Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, qualified trainees

- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be at least 18 years old by the end of the training

- Photocopy of your Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
- Photocopy of your Transcript of Records and Diploma (if applicable)
