Training will be conducted by the TESDA Gonzalo Puyat School of Arts and Trades (GPSAT) in San Sebastian, San Luis, Pampanga.

Who Can Apply?
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
- Must be Unemployed
- Must not be currently enrolled in any training program
- At least 15 years old
The program welcomes all qualified applicants, including women, men, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Documentary Requirements
Prepare the following documents before applying:
- 1 Long Brown Envelope (without label)
- Barangay Clearance
- Photocopy of Academic Credentials
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
- Medical Certificate declaring the applicant physically fit for TESDA training
- Recent colored ID photos with white background:
- 1 pc. 2×2
- 3 pcs. Passport Size
- 6 pcs. 1×1
