Paano Gumawa ng Account sa TESDA Online Program? FREE


Gusto mo bang gumawa ng account sa TESDA Online Program upang makapag-aral ka nang mga TESDA courses? Ituturo namin sa inyo ngayon kung paano mag-register sa libreng program na ito.


Ang TESDA Online Program ay walang bayad (FREE), ginawa ito upang makapag-aral ng libre ang mga Pilipinong nasa malayong lugar, o walang oras para magpunta sa mga TESDA Training Centers. Pwede ring mag-register ang mga hindi nakatapos ng pag-aaral sa elementarya, High school at college. Gayundin ang mga may trabaho na gustong mag-aral sa gabi.

Paano gumawa ng account sa TESDA Online Program at mag-aral ng libre?

1. Pumunta sa TESDA Online Program website na ito: e-tesda.gov.ph/login/signup.php

2. I-fill up ang form na makikita sa website tulad ng picture sa baba. Ilagay dito ang gustong username at password. I-fill-up din ang iyong pangalan at email address.

3. Pindutin ang "I'm not a Robot" security question at "Create my new account".

4. Magpapadala ng confirmation message ang TESDA sa email address na iyong nilagay. Pindutin lang ang link na makikita mo sa email na ipapadala.

5. Kapag na-verify na ang iyong email, pwede mo nang simulang mag-aral sa TESDA Online Program.

6. Pumili ng course sa TESDA Online Program Website at pindutin ang module na gusto mong pag-aralan.

7. Sa kaliwang bahagi ng navigation panel, under the administration panel, click on the “Enrol me in this course” link.

8. A message box will appear asking if you really want to enroll in the module. Click on the “Yes” button to proceed.

How To Enroll A Course In TESDA


Are you one of those Aspiring TESDA trainees but doesn’t have any idea on how to apply? Out of school youth? Here is the solution to your problem. With this progressive step by step process, you will learn how to enroll in any TESDA accredited Training institute.

TESDA is also offering scholarship program for those who are not blessed with wealth or are barely making it to schooling, specifically those who cannot afford to go to college due to lack of financial capability and any reasons which stop you from having a brighter future. TESDA is compassionate to its trainees and are ready to offer its assistance to all your needs. Technical Educational Skills Development Authority process:


  1. Go to your nearest TESDA accredited Training centers.
  2. Inquire about the training availability of your choice.
  3. You will be set to a specific date to take an entrance examination.
  4. An employee may give you a list of requirements you need to pass in order to avail/enroll in them (You need to pass the entrance exam before you submit all the respective requirements.)
  5. After submitting all the necessary requirements, an employee will get your phone number to notify you about the starting date of the training program you enrolled in.


List of requirements to pass:

Certificate of Birth (NSO copy)
1x1 or 2x2 Photo ID with white background (for record purposes)
High School diploma
Medical Certification
NBI Clearance Certificate
Police Clearance Certificate
Barangay Clearance Certificate
Good Moral Character Certificate or Honorable Dismissal Certificate
NC Certification (if needed)
Additional photo ID (Passport size) for any scholarship program available in the institute of your choice.

After graduated to your desired course, you must get a National Certificates (NC) or Certificates of Competency (COC). Guide for Renewing a TESDA National Certificate (NC) or Certificate of Competency (COC)


Earlier, we post an article to guide all TESDA graduates who wants to apply for a National Certificate or Certificate of Competency. This time, we will teach on how to renew or re-validate your NC/COC. Follow this guide and lets renew your certificate.


Step 1: Visit the TESDA District or Provincial Issuing Office were you got the present certificate (NC/COC) and apply for renewal.

Step 2: Bring all the following documentary requirements so you can save time, money and efforts.
  • Duly Accomplished Application Form
  • Original NC/COC
  • Three (3) pieces passport size ID picture with plain white background. Wear a shirt with collar when photograph.
  • Certificate of Employment - this is the evidence that you use the skills you've learned in TESDA.
  • Request Letter - Explain the reason why you want to renew your NC/COC.


Step 5: Submit the docements above and pay the Renewal Fee at the Assessment Center Cashier. Don't forget to get the Official Receipt.

Step 6: National Certificate can be claimed on the scheduled date given by the issuing office of TESDA.

Note: National Certificate or Certificate of Competency will be given directly to the applicant. However, if a representative will claim the said documents, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) by the applicant should be submitted.

How to Apply for Assessment and Certification in TESDA (NC/COC)



One of the step to be a registered TESDA graduate is to get a National Certificates (NC) or Certificates of Competency (COC). This is your proof that you enroll and pass all the exam under the course you've take. You can also use this document when you are applying for a job.




How to Get a Certificate in TESDA?

Step 1: The first thing you should do is provide a 3 pcs. Passport size ID picture with white background, use white shirt with collar. Don't forget to write your name and signature at the back of the photo.

Step 2: Go to the nearest TESDA Accredited Assessment Center in your area and apply for assessment.

Step 3: Submit the picture and the following documentary requirements and pay the assessment fee.
1.Duly accomplished Application Form;
2.Properly and completely filled-out Self Assessment Guide of your chosen qualification.

Step 4: Get the Official Receipt and Admission Slip (Please bring this on your scheduled date).
Note: The scheduled date and assigned venue of assessment was indicated in the Admission Slip.


Step 5: Pass the assessment and get the Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS).
Step 6: Apply for the assessment in TESDA District/Provincial Office where the assessment center/venue is under jurisdiction.
Step 7: Your National Certificate (NC)/Certificate of Competency (COC) can be claim in 7 working days. Remember that the applicant can only get the documents. However, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) should be submited if a representative will claimed the NC/COC.
