Looking for a chance to gain practical skills for the hospitality industry? A free Housekeeping Services NC II training program is now open for qualified applicants under the TESDA Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
The program is offered through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Municipality of Murcia, in partnership with TESDA Negros Occidental and Excelsius Technical & Vocational Training Center. Only 22 scholarship slots are available, so interested applicants are encouraged to prepare their requirements early.

- Training duration: 436 hours / 55 days
- Start of classes: November 12, 2026
- Start of requirement submission: November 9, 2026

What Scholars Will Receive
Qualified scholars may receive the following benefits:
- Free training
- Free competency assessment
- ₱160 daily training allowance
For a complete 55-day training period, the estimated allowance may reach up to ₱8,800, subject to TESDA guidelines, attendance, and program processing.
Who Can Apply?
This scholarship is open to applicants who meet the following qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Male or female
- Filipino citizen
- High school graduate or higher
- Not currently enrolled in school or another training program
- Not currently employed, or with a flexible work schedule
- Willing to complete the 55-day training period
Requirements to Prepare
Submit four photocopies of each applicable document, printed on A4-size bond paper:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate, if applicable
- High School Diploma, College Diploma, or Transcript of Records
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency
- Good Moral Certificate
- Four TESDA passport-size photos — to follow
- Four 1x1 ID photos
Place all documents inside a long brown envelope before submission.
