Want to improve your sewing skills and learn more about making clothes? Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades (INCAT) is accepting applicants for its Dressmaking NC II scholarship under the TESDA Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
Build Your Dressmaking Skills
Making a garment takes creativity, patience, and practice. This training offers an opportunity to develop practical dressmaking skills and improve your sewing techniques.
If you want to become more confident with sewing, work on clothing projects, or explore dressmaking as a possible source of income, this scholarship may be a useful step toward your goal. Learning the craft takes time, so applicants should be ready to participate and complete the training.
Who Can Apply?
The scholarship announcement specifies that applicants must be District 1 residents. Contact INCAT to confirm whether your address falls within the eligible area and to ask about any other qualifications before applying.
