St. Anne College Lucena, Inc. (SACLI) is accepting qualified applicants for its Caregiving NC II scholarship. The offer includes 20 scholarship slots. Interested applicants may submit their available requirements and contact the school’s TESDA Office to check remaining availability.
Scholarship Benefits
Qualified scholars can receive:
- 100% free Caregiving NC II training
- Free national assessment
- Training allowance

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be:
- 18 years old or above
- At least a high school graduate
- Not currently in education, employment, or training
Displaced workers and out-of-school youth who meet the qualifications may also apply.
Requirements to Prepare
Prepare the following documents and materials:
- Form 137/138 and diploma for applicants from the high school level
- Transcript of records and diploma, as applicable, for college graduates or undergraduates
- PSA or municipal birth certificate
- Marriage certificate, if married
- Health certificate confirming that you are physically fit to study
- Barangay clearance or certification
- Two 2×2 photos
- Four passport-size photos
- Four 1×1 photos
- Long brown envelope and plastic envelope
Photos must show you in formal attire and include your digitally printed name: first name, middle initial, and last name.
For school records, ask the office which documents apply to your educational background.
