Who Can Apply?

Applicants must be residents of District 1, Valenzuela City and meet these qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A high school graduate, ALS passer, or college-level applicant
  • Not currently studying, employed, or undergoing training
  • The requirements poster also specifies that applicants must be Filipino citizens.

Documents You Need to Prepare

Before visiting the office, gather the following documents and photographs:

  • Transcript of Records (TOR) or high school diploma: One original and two photocopies
  • PSA birth certificate: One original and two colored photocopies
  • Marriage certificate, if married: One original and two photocopies
  • Government-issued valid ID: One original and two photocopies
  • Barangay, Police, or NBI clearance: One original and two photocopies
  • Four recent passport-size colored ID pictures: Formal attire, white background, and full name
  • Three 1×1 pictures: White background
  • Long brown envelope

If you are an ALS passer, ask the office which educational document you should submit. You can also clarify which clearance is required and whether your chosen course has additional requirements.

How to Apply

Step 1: Choose your preferred course.

Step 2: Complete your requirements.

Check the number of copies and photo specifications before placing your documents in the envelope.

Step 3: Submit your documents to the KEN Lingkod Center.
