The Provincial Training Center–Southern Leyte is currently accepting applicants for Driving NC III under the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP). Only 20 scholarship slots are available, so interested applicants are encouraged to prepare their documents and apply as early as possible.
Driving NC III Scholarship Benefits
Qualified scholars may receive the following benefits:

This means eligible trainees can complete the Driving NC III program without paying the regular training and assessment costs, subject to the rules and requirements of the scholarship program.
Who Can Apply?
- Applicants should meet the following entry requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High school or college graduate
- Physically and mentally fit for training
- Not currently enrolled in education or another training program
Documentary Requirements
Prepare the following documents when applying:
- High School Diploma, TOR, or ALS Certificate equivalent to Grade 10
- Certificate of Live Birth
- Marriage Certificate, if applicable
- 4 pieces 1x1 photos with collar and white background
- 2 passport-size photos with collar and white background
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Active email address

Only 20 Slots for Driving NC III
The Driving NC III scholarship has only 20 available slots, making early application especially important. Availability may change once qualified applicants begin submitting their requirements.
