Training Schedule

Who Can Apply?

- At least 15 years old
- Must not currently be receiving another government school scholarship

Cookery NC II Scholarship Requirements

- Photocopy of PSA/NSO authenticated Birth Certificate – 2 copies, A4 size
- Marriage Certificate, if applicable – 2 copies, A4 size
- Medical Certificate stating that the applicant is physically and mentally fit
- 2 latest passport-size ID photos following TESDA specifications
- 2 latest 1x1 ID photos following TESDA specifications
- Transcript of Records (TOR) for college graduates or undergraduates
- ALS Card and ALS Certificate for ALS graduates
- Form 137, Form 138, or SF10 for high school graduates or undergraduates
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
