Course Entry Qualifications
For CNC Lathe and CNC Milling Machine Operation NC II, applicants must be high school graduates, at least 18 years old, of good moral character, physically and mentally fit, and able to communicate in writing. Applicants also need knowledge of conventional lathe or milling machine operation, as applicable, plus basic computer skills.
For Food and Beverage Services NC II, Massage Therapy NC II, and Bookkeeping NC III, applicants must be high school graduates, at least 18 years old, physically fit, able to communicate well, and able to perform basic computation.
Tile Setting NC II applicants must be at least 18 years old and physically fit, with at least a Junior High School completion or an ALS Certificate of Completion equivalent to Grade 10. They should also be able to communicate orally and in writing.
For SMAW NC I, applicants should be physically and mentally fit, of good moral character, able to communicate orally and in writing, and able to perform basic mathematical computation.
Trainers Methodology Level I is intended for applicants with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience in Technical-Vocational Education and Training. Applicants must be an NC II holder or have a higher NC level, be physically and mentally healthy, communicate orally and in writing, and demonstrate quantitative, qualitative, and verbal reasoning skills.
Documentary Requirements
Prepare clear and legible photocopies of the following:
- Scholastic record, such as Form 138-A, diploma, or Transcript of Records
- Barangay Clearance
- PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate, for married female applicants only
- Four passport-size photos
- Medical Certificate stating that the applicant is fit for training
