The Municipality of Calumpit, through the Bulacan Manpower and Livelihood Training Center (BMLTC) in partnership with TESDA Provincial Training Center – Calumpit, is offering free skills training programs for qualified applicants.
Available programs include Driving NC II, Dressmaking NC II, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I. Slots are limited, and applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Available Training Programs
Driving NC II – 25 Slots
The Driving NC II program is offered under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).
Qualified scholars may receive:
- Free skills training
- Free competency assessment
- Free toolkit
- Training allowance
- 15 training days
- 3 additional days of entrepreneurship training

- 3 days of entrepreneurship training

- Duly accomplished Registration Form / Learner’s Profile (MIS03012)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate for married women
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records, Diploma, or ALS Rating Card
- Barangay Clearance
- Four recent 1x1 ID pictures
