Free TESDA Scholarship Programs 2026


Looking for a chance to learn a new skill without paying for training? 

TESDA is offering free scholarship opportunities for qualified applicants who want to take short vocational courses such as Driving, Solar Installation, Dressmaking, Bread and Pastry Production, Cookery, and other in-demand skills programs. These courses are designed to help learners gain practical, job-ready skills that can be useful for employment, livelihood, or even starting a small business.

This 2026 scholarship opportunity is available to residents of the 1st District of Camarines Sur under the TESDA Special Training for Employment Program (STEP), with support from Congressman Hori Horibata.

Several free skills training programs are available in the municipalities of Ragay, Sipocot, Cabusao, Lupi, and Del Gallego.

If you are interested in one of these TESDA scholarship programs, visit the Mayor’s Office of your municipality and ask about the 2026 TESDA STEP scholarship.

It is also a good idea to prepare common documents such as a valid ID, birth certificate, school records, and ID photos, but applicants should confirm the official requirements first because these may vary depending on the program.

Important Reminder

Some qualifications shown in the original announcement, including Bread and Pastry Production NC II and SMAW NC I, were marked as “Superseded.” Applicants should confirm with the concerned Mayor’s Office or TESDA office whether an updated qualification or training regulation will be used.

Since the scholarship has limited slots, interested applicants are encouraged to inquire as soon as possible.
