Documentary Requirements
Prepare the following requirements before registering:
- Three (3) 1×1 photos — wearing a collared shirt
- Two (2) passport-size photos — wearing a collared shirt
- Two (2) photocopies of Birth Certificate
- Two (2) photocopies of High School or College Diploma / TOR
- Two (2) photocopies of a valid ID
- Barangay Health Certificate or Medical Certificate stating that you are fit to study or fit to work
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate — for married women only
- Barangay Clearance
- LandBank account — for allowance processing, if applicable
- Long brown envelope
