How to Enroll in the FREE Driving NC II Training
Interested applicants may follow these simple steps:
1. Check if you are qualified.
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Graduate or High School Completer
- Mentally and physically fit
- Unemployed or an Out-of-School Youth
- 4Ps beneficiaries are given priority for scholarship slots.
2. Prepare all the required documents:
- Application Form (A4 Size)
- Registration Form (A4 Size)
- Original Diploma, TOR, or School Certification
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Indigency
- Medical Certificate (Physically and Mentally Fit)
- Three (3) photocopies of one valid ID with signature
- Four (4) Passport-size photos (white background, formal attire, with name tag)
- Four (4) 1×1 photos (white background, formal attire, with name tag)
3. Submit your requirements at the training center:

Address: 2nd Floor, Infirmary Building, YCA Campus, San Vicente, Pili, Camarines Sur. The school is also listed by TESDA as a registered provider of Driving NC II training.
4. Wait for the screening and confirmation.
5. Once your documents are verified, the training center will contact qualified applicants regarding the training schedule and scholarship slot availability.
