This is a great opportunity for qualified applicants who want to gain practical housekeeping skills and work toward earning a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II).
When Will Training Start?
According to the announcement, Housekeeping NC II training is scheduled to start in September 2026.

Requirements for TWSP Scholarship Applicants
All TWSP applicants are required to complete and submit the necessary documents before the start of training at ICCT Colleges.
Prepare the following:
- PSA Birth Certificate – 2 photocopies
- Marriage Certificate – 2 photocopies, for married women only
- TOR and Diploma – 2 photocopies each, if college graduate
- HS or SHS Diploma – 2 photocopies
- ALS Certificate – 2 photocopies, if ALS graduate
- Passport-size photos with white background – 4 pieces
- Any Government-issued ID – present the original and submit 2 photocopies

Applicants will also need assistance with or completion of the following:
BSRS Scholars Account
Applicants are required to register through the TESDA BSRS system. Visit ICCT Colleges if you need assistance with registration.
LANDBANK Piso Plus Account
A LANDBANK Piso Plus Account is required for the disbursement of the Training Support Fund (TSF). Applicants are instructed to download and register through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App.
TESDA Skills Passport Account
Applicants need to download and register through the TESDA Skills Passport App.
eTESDA Certificates
Applicants are also required to complete the specified online courses and secure the corresponding certificates through the eTESDA platform.
