The course emphasizes hands-on experience and industry-standard techniques to prepare you for employment or your own beauty business.

How to Enroll in the TESDA Makeup Artistry Services NC III Scholarship
Interested in becoming a TESDA scholar? Follow these simple steps to apply:
Step 1. Prepare all the required documents:
- Registration Form
- 5 copies (A4 size) of a valid ID with three (3) handwritten signatures
- 2 pieces of 1×1 ID photo (white background)
- 2 copies of your PSA Birth Certificate
- 2 copies of your Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- 2 copies of your Certificate of Training (for applicants with prior knowledge, if applicable)
Step 2. Contact the training center to request the registration form and confirm scholarship slot availability.

Step 3. Submit your completed registration form and all required documents to the training center following their application instructions.
Step 4. Wait for confirmation from the training center regarding your application and training schedule.
Step 5. Attend the orientation and begin your training on the scheduled date once your scholarship slot has been confirmed.
Important: Only 25 scholarship slots are available and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply as early as possible to increase your chances of securing a slot.
