ICCT Colleges – Cainta Campus is now accepting applicants for the FREE Housekeeping NC II training under the TESDA Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
This scholarship allows qualified individuals to gain practical housekeeping skills and earn a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) at no training cost.
If you're planning to work in hotels, resorts, hospitals, condominiums, cruise ships, or even overseas, this program can help you build the skills and credentials employers are looking for.
What You'll Learn
During the training, scholars will learn the essential housekeeping competencies required in the hospitality industry, including:
- Proper cleaning and preparation of guest rooms
- Care and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Laundry of linens and guest clothing
- Providing quality housekeeping services based on industry standards
Upon successfully completing the training and passing the TESDA National Assessment, participants will receive a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II), a nationally recognized qualification that can improve employment opportunities both in the Philippines and abroad.
Training Duration: 460 hours (approximately 58 days)
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet any of the following qualifications:
- At least a High School or Senior High School Graduate
- ALS or PEPT Passer
- College or Bachelor's Degree Graduate who is currently unemployed
For applicants planning to work overseas, it is recommended to have any of the following:
- College graduate or at least 72 college units (completed second-year college level); or
- Completion of a two-year Tech-Voc program, such as:
- Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management (DHRM-2)
- Diploma in Healthcare and Wellness Associate (DHWA)
- Associate in Computer Technology (ACT)
- Associate in Business Administration (ABA)
