How to Apply

- Fill out the TESDA Scholarship Program Application Form.
- Visit the TMILS-TESDA Training Center during the screening schedule.
- Bring both the original and photocopies of all required documents.
- Wear smart casual attire during your screening.
- Follow all health and safety protocols while inside the school.
Important: Only applicants who have completed the TESDA Scholarship Application Form and submitted all the required documents will be accommodated for screening.

- Diploma
- Transcript of Records (TOR)
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
- Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID picture
- Six (6) passport-size ID pictures with nameplate
- One (1) valid ID
- Barangay Clearance
- NBI Clearance or Police Clearance
- Medical Certificate
